On Friday 1st May 2015, 8 A level chemists descended on Stoke Poges Cam-pus to do their practical exam. Mrs Cassidy arrived from Long Eaton Campus to oversee the proceedings. Mr Peter Richards, the super lab technician had organised all the chemicals and equipment. This was no mean feat as he had to make sure that all solutions were of the correct concentrations and order all the chemicals to be there on time. The lab looked superb and a real working environment, as you can see from the pictures. Thank you Peter.

The students worked on the practical tasks all morning. Lunchtime provided a little respite before they all came back to do the exam in the afternoon. This exam will form part of their overall A level grade.
Thank you to everyone at Stoke Poges for your welcome and organisation of the day. Thank you to the students for working so hard!
